Hmmm, it doesn't look like the queen mother is much into the conversation. Perhaps they're discussing politics? sports? brands of bottled water? Packing up and returning to the US?
Gracie - I should have noted that it not only was the only rainy day of the trip, but it was also the last day. They do look a bit drained :)
